Sundays at Grace
Sunday morning is an exciting time at Grace as we come together to praise God and learn practical truths from the Bible. Whether you come for Sunday School and the Adult Bible Classes at 9:00am or for our worship service at 10:30am you will find people who want to grow in their faith and you will hear Bible lessons and preaching that helps you draw near to God. Childcare/nursery are provided for both the Adult Bible Study hour and the morning worship service. (Reminder: beginning on Sunday, April 11 we will have just one worship service at 10:30am. We will be offering "Sunday School" classes for children and teens along with Adult Bible Studies at 9am; so come early to get you and your family learning more about God's Word; then stay for a combined worship service in our new 670+ seat auditorium.)
Meet the Pastors
Join our three pastors and their families in Room 203 (beyond the restrooms in the main foyer and across from the pastors' office) for a few minutes while you enjoy some refreshments. Every few weeks we try to meet briefly with our guests and our newer people at the conclusion of the 10:30am service
(11:50-12:05p). This is a good opportunity for you to get to know us a little better, as we want to thank you for checking out Grace Church. This spring we will be offering “Meet the Pastors” on
May 23, 2010 . (Your kids are welcome to come with you!)
Connections Dinner
Every month or so we host a “Connections Dinner” to welcome all of our newer people who have either recently begun to attend Grace or who just have not gotten connected yet. Enjoy a great lunch, meet the pastors and elders, as well as be introduced to others who have recently come to our church. Our
next “Connections Dinner” will be
Sunday, April 18, 2010 at 12:00pm (immediately after the worship service) in Room 201 (adjacent to the kitchen in the gym/multipurpose room). If you would like to attend please contact the church office at 906-428-1331. We’ll save a spot for you. (Bring your kids!)

Grace 102: Discover your gifts and find your place to serve
Are you ready to take that next step in your journey of faith? We believe that the Lord calls all of us to get involved in what he is doing in the world through our local church. However, we often don’t find our ministry, because we don’t know our gifts. Make plans to participate in our

Small Group Bible Studies (September to May)
Last winter we have about 150 individuals participating in adult Small Groups. This spring, both couples and individuals will be able to experience how our Small Groups can help people to get to know others, learn practical lessons from the Bible, and grow in their faith in Jesus. Small Groups offer an opportunity to learn more about God’s Word in a relaxed atmosphere with a focus on application to real life. (They are also a lot of fun.) The spring quarter starts the
week of April 11 and will run through the week of May 23. There are still several groups that have room; so call the office for details regarding group locations, days, and times. [428-1331] You can also email Pastor Bill at gracepastorbill@charterinternet.com.
Adult Bible Studies
Adult Bible Studies are Grace’s “Sunday School” classes for adults that meet during the 9:00am Christian Education hour. We will have two adult classes this spring that will meet in Rooms 204 & 206. They are another place where we can come together to dig into God’s Word while meeting people from our church family. Stop by one of our classes before or after you attend our morning worship service at 10:30am. Join us for coffee and donuts, as we try to apply God’s Word to real life. (September to May)
Teen Sunday School
Our Jr. High students meet in Room 110 at 9:00am for their Sunday School class; while the Sr. High students get together with Pastor Jon and Jessica Potes at 9:00 am in Room 112 (our spacious new “Youth Room”) for their own time of fellowship and Bible study. (September to May)
Kids’ Sunday School
Kids from age 2 through 6th grade learn about God’s love each week in a warm, safe, and fun environment. Our Sunday School staff cares about kids and works hard every week to make sure that our children learn lessons from the Bible while having a great time with other boys and girls. Please bring your children to come and check out Sunday School at
9:00amto see what our kids are learning! (September to May)
Pioneer Clubs
Pioneer Clubs meets on Wednesdays (September to May) from 6:30-8:00 pm for kids preschool through 6th grade. Each week boys and girls come for an exciting time of Bible lessons, fun crafts, Scripture memorization, and engaging activities.
Parents are always welcome to visit in their child’s room to see what goes on each week. There are also opportunities to assist our club leaders through such things as helping kids with their Scripture memory, snacks, nursery care workers and many other areas. If you are interested in getting your child involved in Pioneer Clubs or if you would like to help out wherever needed, then contact Jon or Kristy Smith. (789-7026)
